VisioNir is an innovative near infrared inspection system perfectly tailored to meet the safety requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturers. VisioNir is capable of the contact-free identification of tablets, capsules and gels containing organic compounds. This guarantees that the products contain the right active substances in the correct concentration and that they are positioned as required in the blister. VisioNIR liquid  carries out the same function with liquid products, e.g. ampoules, syringes. These systems bring the reliability of the production process as close to 100% as possible.

VisioNirliquid is a new method for the monitoring of liquid dose products. During their labeling and packaging the system inspects up to 500 ampoules per minute.

VisioNIR -
near infrared system for lyophilized products

The system uses NIR spectroscopy to analyze the moisture content of lyophilized products in glass syringes, cartridges and ampoules. The VisioNIR system can inspect 3000 products per minute.
